Baby talk

This is from a trip to Detroit Lake a couple of weeks ago. Lenore has been doing lots more cooing & smiling lately but is getting wise to the video camera and tends to clam up when we break it out.

You've probably figured by now that the blog is way on the back burner, but I'd say I have a VERY good excuse. This photo makes me smile, so thought I should share it.

Had carpal tunnel surgery in my left hand about a week and a half ago. No relief yet. Apparently it can take a few weeks; I am paranoid it won't work and I'll have nothing to show for it except a nasty scar in the palm of my hand. My right hand (my dominant hand) has made major strides since the cortisone shot.
